August 2011. A trail cam picture I have edited a dozen times before. First time to put it in a layout though.

I started with Flock Solid Paper 1 and placed my photo on it. I followed Anna's suggestions from Custom Master Blending class and applied an inverse mask (black) and using a couple of Artsy brushes simply painted my photo back in with white. Then I built up the background with Flock and Splatter brushes, Flock Overlay2, Transfer1, ArtStroke1, and Artsy Transfer 2, rearranging or removing some layers and erasing parts of one layer. I then clipped a Color Lookup Soft Warming to the photo. I added WordARTMix3 word transfer, Flock Grass, Acorn, Flower, Button flower (with a color fill), Kinsfolk birds (w/ hue adj), MultiMedia Shells 2-3 (threadz). Added Paper Texture and text with a glow behind, GatherWordART2 title, and date.
