This is the time of year when we pack up and transplant ourselves from Ohio to Florida to spend the winter months. It is a bittersweet time for me--leaving family is always tinged with sadness but the reunion with friends is sweet.
I used the thin strip masks on both photos separetly, clipping them many times and changing the opacity and the blending mode to suit me. The two different backgrounds were blended with brush strokes and textures from the various artsy cards that I incorporated
