Process:
Use Color Burn mode on photo
Layer transfer under photo.
Layer glow between photo and transfer layers.
Clip white paper to brush and place on top of photo.
Add Fine Line Edges under all layers.
Clip solid aqua paper to circular stains/brush and add as top layer.
Add sparkles, brad, definition, and text on top of all other layers.
