Time to get back to the Cassie Album so I can get this done.
My son asked me to make a Cassie Album for our 16 yr. old Beagle who died a few weeks ago.
Ill be posting the spreads over the next few days, not in any particular order.
Each spread will have a title page on the left and the focal photo on the right.
Each spread will also include a red paw, but you have to look closely.
Training 1998. Our son was the youngest one in the class. Follow the red tape. He's holding Cassie.
Process: Open a page to the dimensions of your spread so you can work on the whole spread at a glance.
Afterwards you can split the spread into left and right pages for posting, or you can post the whole spread.
Right Side: On neutral paper, place photo and mask. Size photo over mask and clip.
Apply the blending mode of your choice or duplicate photo and experiment with blending.
I converted photo to b/w and adjusted light/contrast.
To unify the two pages, I used the SkinnyLined Overlay and PinStripe Texture.
Place tag and enter title. Embellish spread with further transfers, brushes and elements.
