1. use a darker background paper and put a white paper on it
2. use a layer mask on white paper and cut two WA with a brush
3. Copy your photo to the paper
4. Use glowing edges filter then use an invert layer with difference layer style
5. use a frame with a solid shadow. (I used a black frame with invert layer)
6. use more brushes between paper and photo
7. use more tree brushes with different colors and sizes on the top of frame
8. put a big title above the photo
