Visiting a spot we had not been to in years, Salt Creek Recreation area near Port Angeles, WA., we took a chilly walk out to Tongue Point. We saw numerous sea gulls but I was struck by the beautiful clear blue-green of the water. March 21, 2023
Construction: I used the ArtPlay Palette Wander since it matched my turquoise water. I selected Artsy Paper #5 to start and placed the Wander Frame with my photo clipped to the mask. I then used a partial of the Wander Brush #10 to place two out-of-bounds textures, clipping my photo to each, at the top and the bottom of the frame.
I then added numerous Wander brushes, the Splatters No 15 #17 and ArtPlay Palette Gallivant Paper and Postage Overlays to the background.
The cluster is MultiMedia Flowers No 8 #4 where I switched the charm to use the Wander Palette’s Fish and added Brad #1.
I added word art Wander Brush #3 and #5, and TakeFlight No 5 #5 birds to finish my layout.
