Creating process:
I used a solid paper as the foundation of the page. I chose an artsy transfer with deleting some layers. I placed the paper brush and under this layer I created two rounded rectangle layers. I clipped the year numbers and the quote to these rectangles. I placed the clock and applied Drop Shadow effects twice (first: Linear Burn blending mode, distance: 16, second: Multiply blending mode, distance: 24). I selected the clock with Ctrl + click to the layer thumbnail, then Select/Modify/Expand 25 pixels, then I selected the Rectangle tool (M) > right click > Make Work Path... After it I selected the Text tool and wrote onto the circle path (Time is gone). Finally I placed some elements onto the page.
