journaling reads - It was late August 2008 it was a hot summer and I had been having trouble sleeping which i put down to the bed being uncomfortable. We had been house sitting for friends and so we were all over the place. The night before I had a weird dream where I had a little girl. The next day I did some math and realised I was about 2 weeks late. I got the test and wow, two faint blue lines. I did not believe it so I went and bought another test. I got home and had been drinking lots of water so there would be no false starts this time, but Jim was home and he wanted to give me hugs and ask about my day and all I wanted to do was go to the bathroom. Second test done and there were the two lines again, this time pink.
So I asked Jim If he was ready for a science experiment what do you mean he said, I showed him the stick. .
We hugged we cried and we freaked out. Later after things calmed down I was on the internet reading about baby stuff and I read that at 6 weeks which is how big we guessed you were, your baby is approximately the size of a chocolate chip. So from that point on your name was chip
