Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette To The Moon. I duplicated it and the blend mode was set to Soft Light. I added the photo and did an adjustment layer for Hue/Saturation and increased the Saturation. I also did some changes in the blue tones and adjusted the curves. I used the Marquee Tool and did a selection in the water line to create a kind of depth here. I duplicated it and the blend mode was set to Soft Light. I also extended the area of water a bit. I added a transfer from ArtsyTransfers Blossom to the left side and placed it under the photo and changed the Hue for one of the transfer layers. I then placed a moon from MultiMedia Moons No 1 and did adjustments in a Curves layer and also with a Color Overlay. I added a word from To The Moon WordART Mix No 1 and wrote the quote. I placed some brushes from ArtPlay Palette To The Moon and recolored a few into the same color as the word Moon.
