Trying to finish up some pages started years ago. This is one!

Process
Page 10 from the new Hipster Plumes Template Album 1 was opened up. A solid paper from APP Reflections was used as the background. The stains were recolored white and the hipster plumes were recolored a green. An Urban Action was run on the photos and then they were clipped to the foto masks. The street word art was created by typing the names of the buildings and streets, some vertical and some horizontal. Parts of a subway map were scanned and added to the page. Brush work, transfers, and some multimedia elements were added to complete the page.

Glad you have fun on the subways in 2011 because they are falling apart now! My DH is constantly having delays and so now he jogs and avoids mass transits - love the labeling! awesome graphic page!

That is some awesome ephemera incorporation! I like how the colors of the Metrocard don't rule the layout but take a supporting role. It's really effective. And that wordart...yeah...that's the energy over here, all right. But as nancyr said, the subways are A MESS. Going to be a long, hot summer, full of delays.
