I used Artsy Paper from Anna's Old World Palette then used this downloaded image of Charlie Chaplin's "Little Tramp" as the focal image. The main intention here was to experiment with a square brush to create a shattered effect. I firstly created a pattern using the image of the little tramp, then overlayed that pattern in the squares created by the brush and added a layer style shadow. Finally used a Bokeh texture in Overlay Blend Mode
