I placed the photo frames of the templates a bit more to the left and in the center of the big photo mask.
I clipped my photo to the photo mask of the template. I duplicated the photo 5 times to have the photo on the same spot in the page.
I clipped the duplicated photos also on the photo masks of the frames.
I placed the background paper.
I builded the page up using all the layers of the template and did some recoloring.
I also placed some transfers from APP Bask.
I gave the texture on the template a Color overlay with Blendmode.
I placed the elements.
I placed the WordArt.
I made the strokes black and a bit thicker by selecting them with the Magic Wand tool and stroking them with a pixel.
I clipped the photo also on the Painted Leaves and placed them.
I placed some edges from APP Bask.
I gave the background a bit more color by adding a color layer above the background layer and blended it in with a low opacity.
I duplicated the splatters and placed them.
I merged the layers and sharpened the page a little (just the textured parts)
