Another photo from my trip to Norway of the gorgeous Briksdalsbreen glacier, that I am calling the last of the giants as there are almost no glaciers left in Europe due to the global warming.

The Briksdalsbreen is a spectacular glacial tongue, part of the continental Europe's largest ice sheet - the Jostedal glacier - in Norway. Over the last3 years, the glacier has been retreating at approximately 100 metres a year! Briksdalsbreen is one of the last big glacier but it is melting rapidly!
