We made it! Well, almost made it. Saturday we celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! I saw this quote and fell in love with it ... "Grow old with me, the best is to be." This page reflects the wonderful times yet to come.

Process
Artsy paper 6 from APP Easter Chicks was used as the base of the page. The photo was clipped to a MultiLayered FotoBlendz mask. The blending mode of the mask was changed to darken to allow some of the texture to show through. The photo was duplicated two more times with the blending modes changed to color burn (reduced opacity) and hard light (reduced opacity). My photography skills were lacking when I took this photo and I cut off the trees with the sun shining behind them. To fill in the space the foliage from APP Coastline was layered behind the photo with the blending mode changed to color burn and duplicated again. The flowers from APP Easter Chick were layered behind the foliage with with blending more changed to color burn also. These layers were merged together and duplicated and moved to the left to make it look like there were two trees. A Free Form Frame was placed over the chairs with the blending mode changed to darken. I didnt like the bright yellow on the left side of the page so I used a circle form from MM Chicks with a chevron texture clipped to it to darken that side up. The number 50 was created (font: Georgia Bold) with a section of artsy paper 6 clipped to it. The paper was duplicated two more times with the blending mode changed to color burn. The color of the crocheted sun was adjusted using the Hue/Saturation adjustment too. Word art, embellishments were added to complete the page.
