The Process
I began with my photo by clipping it to the layer mask of the Snow Blendz 2_5. I duplicated the photo and changed the blending mode to hard light, and duplicated it again and added a poster edge filter (hard light, reduced opacity). I played around with different colors for the other layers of the snow blendz, but decided to keep the flakes and stains black for a more dramatic effect. I chose a solid white from AP Winter Sunrise for the background. I added a transfer from AP Winter Sunrise, added a urban threads and button. I finished by layering the ribbon, tape, snowflake, sparkle dots, word art, skinny line overlay and brush from AP Retro Holiday.
