Oh baby! What am I going to do with you? I have never in all my life known a child to put their tooth through their lip on so many occasions! A feat that not even your brother has accomplished once. Even when you were a little baby crawling up a step your head dropped onto the concrete step and through went the tooth. Only last month you fell pretty hard on the tile flooring here at home. So hard, I was to discover the next morning, that your front tooth was loose! A few years to early for that; although you were quietly thrilled to be like your big brother. I have been monitoring that tooth ever since as it has not firmed up completely. But last night was the fall to hopefully end all falls. After a fun fish n chip dinner at the park you went off with your brother to play. Seemingly no sooner had you gone, than your brother came running to me, tears streaming down his face. "Katie has fallen, it's bad". From atop the adventure playground you had apparently taken a big tumble. Lots of tears, blood and a very frightened big brother and daddy. Hard to tell but I think maybe your tooth went entirely through your lip on this occasion, not to mention the bruising and scraping under your chin. Your poor little tooth and lip it has taken such a battering in
its short life.
