Here's my entry for the April 2013 Lyric challenge to use lyrics by All Time Low. I spent a glorious afternoon listening to my collection of loud, brash, pop punk - and let me just add that I am not a 23 yr old American, but a middle aged English woman! Such fun!!

I know, Im not a teenager. I havent been one for more than a quarter of a century, but I just LOVE modern American pop punk. I love its brashness, its cocky arrogance, its brazen lyrics. I love its nod to the original punk era, which I am old enough to have seen first hand. I love the energy of the music, the spirit of the performances and the melodies, which are usually more tuneful than those of the punk songs of yesterday. I love singing along at the top of my voice. I love feeling I am 17 again.
