Here's my entry for the Jan 2012 Camera Corner Challenge to take a self portrait - I took two, and one is of my bust!! But you can't really tell, thank goodness - bwahahaha. It is also a thank you note to a very good friend of mine. You may know her!!
Journaling reads:
On the 26th day of Christmas the postie gave to me
A large parcel from Australia.
Upon opening up my parcel, what did I behold?
My very own Phillip Island T-shirt.
Now, I have never been there nor anywhere near
But my fabulous friend bought me this great gear.
So as she set this challenge to complete in January
I thought Id take a photo of me
Wearing my new T-shirt, together with this rhyme
To show the world how wonderful is she.
And my kids want to thank her for including them as well
Thank you, Helen, our gifts are really swell.
