I sharpened the photo and did a colortreatment on it. (grey and blue color tone)
In a new document I copied the photo 3 times to brushes from the APP Splash. 2 layers were set to another Blendmode for some contrast. I placed the backgroundpaper and the frame. I placed the transfers and the brushes. Some brushes were colored in colors from the photo and transfers. I colored the second frame from the APP Splash and placed it in the background. I placed the brush from Stained SkribbleSummer and the edge from Stained Edge Overlays. I placed the WordArt from Swimming WordART. I placed the elements from APP Splash. I placed some squares that were in the brushes and I clipped a paper on them. I reduced the opacity of that layer for just a bit of texture to show.
I merged the layers. I did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
