Process:
Over a neutral bg paper, place a foto mask or frame for your photo.
I used the frame from Artsy Edge Frames No1 and clipped my photo to the frames mask layer.
Place multiple layers under photo layer, using transfers from AP Joyful.
Add brush from ArtsyPaint No5 and fill with color or clip paper to brush.
Adjust placement, blending and opacity as desired.
