I opened the template. I clipped the photos to the photomasks. I started at the bottom of the template working my way up coloring some layers and duplicating some things. I opened the wordart from another template from the album. I placed the backgroundpaper and some elements. I typed the text. I extracted the text from the wordstrip and gave it a blue color. I placed a brush as a glow under the wordart. Pretty simple! Easy peasy done!
