an ode to Autumn, my most favorite season and how I ache for its sweater weather.

journaling reads: I have been blessed to spend half my life living in areas that enjoyed the natural change of seasons. And my most favorite season of all is autumn. I love every.single.thing. about it. But since 2001, I have been likewise blessed to live where the military plants us, and that has been in areas that dont know what *real* autumn is. These are homes that enjoy plentiful sunshine and warm (or HOT) for at least 8 months of the year. I miss autumn. I positively ache for the beauty of autumn. the glowing color, the crisp air, the smells of change and nature. I ache for sweater weather.
