Process:
Background foundation: AP 5 was first placed onto a new document, AT_1 transfer added on pin light blendmode, then 6x6 AK Felicitations paper_2, followed by sp2 on soft light blend mode, and a levels adjustment above all of these layers.
BONUS PhotoStripFrames1_5 was next added turning off the bottom layers. My photos were placed and clipped to the masks with levels adjustments to brighten.
Elements were placed to create the right side cluster (ribbon crepe was added and given a hue saturation adjustment, black pinwheel, LWMoments & Surprises {edited removed the s at the end}, paper dot sequin, pink pinwheel). APP SunGold and Balloon Black dot were placed upper top, over UrbanStitchez to secure the frames.
Birthday candle glows were added with aA Magaically Brighten star brushes (class by AA) color dodge blend mode.
ArtsyKardz 4x6_1, 6x6_2 were clipped to Surprise (Adiwangsa Outline font), faded wordart, and balloon.
MM Balloons4_1 and WA finished the page.
