I extracted the lady from the photo. I gave her a tropical jungle look using many different Artistic filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impressions. I gave the photo some Vibrance and Saturation.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a Hipster Plume FotoBlendz. I had to clip the photo several time to parts that it didnt cover. (I flipped the photo and clipped it again!) I placed the backgroundpaper and all the transfers and the brushes to make a nice composition. I placed a few elements. I extracted the text from a wordstrip of an element too.
I merged the layers and sharpened the page a little.
