Process | I started with the background paper. I was attracted first to the color and also the glow on the paper. Next, I enlarged and duplicated my photo. The bottom photo on blending mode multiply and the top one on hard light. Next I added a strip of brown paper to the bottom part of my layout. I layered gold paint overlays over that on blending mode linear. I finished it off with the heart frame.
