The background is two papers blended together. The bottom layers is a textured paper that goes from light blue to white. The top layer is a white paper with dark blue paint across the center and the blend mode is set to Darker Color.
The word art is from a journal card. I trimmed the card and then set the blend mode to Darker Color.
What a gorgeous photo and page, your blending makes everything look liquid and flowing into the picture!
