Journaling: It strikes me everytime I visit St Peters Cathedral.. One is surrounded by so many people, such big crouds, yet you become acutely aware of yourself, sometimes lonely, in the croud. Strange feeling!
The sheer size of the letters on the Cathedrals walls never fail to amaze me. I can stare at it for ages, usually until my necks stiff! One becomes aware of ones on insignificance when surrounded by such size and splendour!
The guards at St Peters also fascinate me! Their brightly coloured uniforms are visible for the other side of the piazza. I think they could give the beefeaters a run for their money when it comes to standing still!
