Process
I started with paper from APP Spring Due. Photo I clipped to FotoBlendz Overlays. Added 2 frames (One frame was turned a little bit.), SkinnyLined Overlays (recolored), LaceTextures (recolored), Spring WordART (recolored), ScriptTease Life (recolored), Textured Overlays (recolored) and elements and overlays from APP Spring Due.

It appears at first to be a simple celebration of yellow but then the subtle blending and added touches of lines and textures takes it way beyond simple.
