I gave the photo a few color corrections to fit the colors of my page. I did that with the Curves Adjustment layers.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a Hipster Plume FotoBlendz. I placed the background paper and the frame ( with a FotoBoost Template frame under it) and I added all the transfers and brushes. I gave some brushes multiple colors from the photo. I placed the WordArt and colored it. I extracted the umbrella and pasted it in on a new layer to give it some shadow. (I duplicated the umbrella and gave it a color and I warped it and gave it a Gaussian blur) I placed another paper layer and blended the part with the tape in with a layermask. I made rays from the feathers. I clipped a paper to the Numbered Overlay.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
