There are many ways in Photoshop to make a sketch from your photo.

But here i used a less known method :
- make a copy of your photo
- Desature this copy "shift + CTRL + U"
- Adjust levels if necessary
- Invert this copy " CTRL + I"
- Change blend mode to "Color Dodge"
(you see only a blank layer ? don't worry, it's normal)
- go to : "Filter - Blur - Gaussien Blur" Adjust Radius as you like - click OK

Here is your sketch : Notice that this way provides maximum of fine details, not just the outer lines ....
