I honestly dont know which of my kids this is! The resolution is so poor (scanned from an old photo) that I can't even make out my kids' face! My guess is that it is Richie because he loved to play in the snow. He would stay out until he was absolutely frozen! Another clue is that the snowsuit is blue.
