Journaling reads: On a trip to Snow Bird, Utah, to attend an Awards Dinner for the National Ski Patrol, Rachel had an opportunity to try her hand at skiing. It was fun watching the delight on her face as she slid on the surface of the snow. Ron was all smiles being able to teach Rachel a bit about skiing.

Process Notes: I began with an artsy paper from APP Pinery. I used inverted masking to add the photo, placing the photo on blend mode Color Burn. I duplicated the layer and placed it on layer Multiply, reducing its opacity to about 50%. I added the frame, and masked out the right edge of it. I added the pinery at the top of the page, and added the snowflake from APP Winter Sunrise, repeating it throughout the page, scaling each snowflake differently. I added the WordART, and added the Skiing Snow Bird below the WordART. I placed 3 stitched trees beside the wordart, and placed snow sprinkles underneath it. I added various other transfers throughout the page, and finished up by adding the journaling, and the edge overlay, which was repeated, and scaled.
Thanks for looking.
