This is Lilly who will turn 16 in less than a month. (*sigh*)
I began watching her when she was just 7 years old. She is still as sweet as can be,
but she's growing up. I delight in the lovely young lady she's becoming. The time's going by too fast!

I created multiple layer of the picture and played with the blending modes till I got it the way I wanted it.
I also wanted to keep it simple to focus on that beautiful photo that was taken by her multi talented sister.
