Autumn is a transitional period that fills me with gratitude for the opportunities ahead. It is an excellent time to reflect on the year's accomplishments, let go of what no longer serves me, and plan for new beginnings. Above all, autumn is my chosen season of gratitude because it inspires me to be thankful for life's everyday simple comforts.
The joy of snuggling up with a blanket and unwinding on the sofa with a hot cup of coffee and my favorite book is hard to beat. I can't help but immerse myself in everything autumn provides — from the stunning display of autumn foliage to the bounty of delicious seasonal foods and hikes out in the cool mountain air — and cherish every moment of this beautiful season.
