journaling: The movie tagline says to know Lloyd Dobbler is to love him.? How can anyone resist? John Cusack at his most adorable. Awkwardly sweet and loveable. Geeky yet kinda cool. The underdog who gets the girl -Diane Court (Ione Skye), the brain. Of course she falls for Lloyd, the kickboxer (sport of the future?). Who wouldnt? Then she breaks up with him and gives him a pen. A PEN! And he stands outside her bedroom window holding his boombox playing Peter Gabriels In Your Eyes?
