Pasta bake with saffron
This recipe took a bit of work. First I fried onion and cauliflower in the oven, then I mixed that with cream and saffron to a sauce. Mixed the sauce with cooked pasta in a baking tray. Topped with fried slices of eggplant and baked in the oven. Nice weekday food, but maybe not a big WOW!
