Route 66/Anna lift

Since 1926, driving down Route 66 has been the experience of a lifetime for travelers, adventurers, desparados and dreamers. No other road has captured the imagination and the essence of the American Dream quite like Route 66. It was one of the original highways in the U.S. It served as a major path for those who migrated west and supported the economy of the communities it passed through. Portions of the road that passed through Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico anfd Arizona have been designated a National Scenic Byway.

Love this! We've traveled Rt 66 from Illinois to Albuquerque, NM. Quite an adventure ... at times the road disappears. Still need to finish the journey. Love the black stitching framing the photo!

What part is this of Route 66? What a brilliant idea of overlaying the Rte 66 sign on the road. I put this in my favorites and I pinned it. Awesome take on the lift!

Wonderful lift! Love the photo. How you used the red. The overlay with the dirt track photo. Your wordArt. I would frame this if I lived along 66.

Beautiful take on the lift! love the vertical design and the use of the overlay!

Wow... love the blending, the stitches, and the spot of red... great lift!!
