METHOD:
I started with the photo and added 14 masks from Watercolour Fotoblendz No 3 and Framed Fotoblendz no 1 (video tutorial coming soon) to create a 'mega mask' (hahaha). I added a frame which I made by creating a new layer, drawing a rectangle and filling with white then drew a smaller rectangle within and deleted. I added the paper from APP Sage and moved it slightly. Added 2 Artsy transfers as a group each and changed a few things in the groups. Added the text and done.
