I had two photos of these red roses I took in the very beginning of the evening which gave this blue colour in the background.
I decided to make no changes and used this photo as is as the background of my page. And there began the difficulties.... To add brushes and textures in black you have to find the technique to make them visible!
With differents blendingmodes I had some results. Afterwards I added some goldpaints and that gave more results I liked.
I added just a simple branche to "close" the image but put no title to no overdo the page and keep some "white" space.
