Using the water color action by graphic river I played with it on a photo from our recent stay along the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC.
The original photo was duplicated and masked with aA Fotoblendz7 resized. The water color image was overlaid and masked with Framed Masks3. Another frame from that set was added, opacity reduced and masked with a brush to let the river flow thru.
Elements from APP Wilderness, APP Swell and APP Snapshot were added.
The word art is from Wanderlust - On A Whimsical Adventure.
