Me: Okay Rebel, do you know why you are here with me today?
Rebel: I have no idea. One minute I was in the store watching people go by, the next I'm here with you.
Me: Well let me tell you why then. Everyone says you are one of the best cameras to get, so I had to see for myself.
Rebel: And?
Me: You are. What's not to like about clear, quality pictures?
Rebel: Yes, but I'm expensive...I'm no cheap point 'n shoot camera!
Me: Don't I know that! But, I think you're worth it even if my husband yells at me for taking you from the store.
Rebel: True true...do you have any kids?
Me: Yes, I have 2 girls.
Rebel: I'm great with kids! I can't wait to take pictures of them!
Me: I'm a scrapbooker too, so the nicer photos will look great in my layouts.
Rebel: That's great!
Me: Well, my husband is home so I have to go tell him about you. Wish me luck!
Rebel: You don't need luck...once he uses me he'll be glad you got me!"
UPDATE: He came home last night and though he wasn't absolutely gung-ho about it, he didn't yell and was pretty good about it. I told him I wasn't buying any digi-stuff until I have the rest ($380) paid off and he was good with that.
