Process
I processed and imported my poppy photo in Lightroom imported it to PS the used the Filter cutout and poster edges in the Filter Gallery to create a comic book effect. I dragged it onto my solid paper background and clipped it to the frame and mask and moved it into position.
From there I moved transfers and bits and pieces from my chosen supplies (see above) Annas ALT, FITemplates are full of layers to steal from one place and pop in another!. These were recoloured, elements were clustered and wordART was added. The title was recoloured and the opacity reduced.
