I started by making the photo artistic in Topaz impression and with the artistic filters in Photoshop!
I opened a new document and I clipped the photo on a Camera Fotoblendz. I duplicated that layer and rotated it. I made the 3 frame sides by making a stroke of 20 pixels and colored it white. Copied that 3 times. I also made the shadows this way too, but colored it dark green and gave it some Gaussian blur! I placed the shadows under the frame layers. Then I added all the transfers and brushes! I colored some textures from AAP Neige and gave it a blend mode. I added more shadow and accent to a texture by duplicating it and using a layer mask to blend that shadow effect in. I added the title from the Foto WordArt and the text from Foto WordMix. And I added the heart embellishment from MultiMedia-Hearts-No.2.
