Process
Side A
Placed photo on background paper and masked lower edge to soften transition. Copied photo and watercolor filter applied to bottom copy and opacity lowered to 50%. The top copy of the photo was masked to only show the two boys and kept at 100% opacity.
Placed fotoglow, word art, branch brush which has a brown glitter style applied, and little bird.
Placed Wordart edge overlay and cut lower portion onto its own layer. Blended upper portion of overlay on linear dodge and used layer mask to remove any words which covered Jon in the photo. Kept the bottom portion of word art overlay black and reduced opacity to 30%.
Added a second edge overlay.
Side B
Clipped Photos to existing photo masks, placed background papers and transfers behind photos, added embellishments, word art and text. Finished with edge overlay.
