I gave the photo a little color change to fit the color of the challenge on the boots.
In a new document I placed the photo and the photoframe. A copy with a sketch of the photo came behind it and I blended a part in with a layermask. I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed all the transfers and brushes. Some were duplicated and set in another Blendmode. I placed the elements and the WordART. I gave the mobile home a bevel and I colored the title in with multiple green colors.
