I played around with a tutorial by Adryane -- http://annaaspnesdesigns.com/tutorial-create-a-photo-background-with-brushes/ -- and did this page using mostly brushes.
The background is from ArtPlay Palette Metro Graffiti and I used brushes from the palette and the extra Metro Graffiti brushes.
I also used brushes Bike Like, Tools ArchiTextures No 2 and Spackle Textured No 3. I added a glow from Artsy Template No 86.
I keep thinking it needs a little color. Hummm
