Process: I started with an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Fallen Blush. I flipped it horizontal and vertical and added an adjustmant layer for Hue/Saturation and change the color to a cold blue tone. I added the brush which I did from one of my photos and used a mask for the editing. The blending mode was set to subtract. I used a glow from MultiMedia Leaves No 6 and placed this glow and clouds from Clouds No 3 on the right side of the brush. Another cloud was placed in the bottom of the page. Both clouds got a Color Overlay in different colors. I got more contrast on my own brush when I clipped copies of the glow to it. On top of these layers I placed a Gradient. I added brushes from eA Vintage Cameras No 1 and placed these on the right side and then recolored these into white. I finished the layout with the title.
