Abstract FotoBlendz #1 (retired)

I chose these templates for the linear design and large number of photos. To join them into a spread, I removed paint layers and inserted an enlarged photo of the Point Arena lighthouse, which we could see from our house, down the center. For the big photos, I placed a linear Fotoblendz on both sides (flipping it horizontally for the right side). Then I clipped the supporting photos to the masks.

For the background I chose Abrazo Artsy Paper #1, supplementing it with transfers and overlays from the Artplay Palette. I made a sun of of transfer #8 and repeated the colors with another transfer on the other side. The word art on the left came with the template so I recolored portions of that (and duplicated and moved some words), and added the WordArt on the right, made from three pieces in the set that I cut together.

I added the mermaid charm, word labels, and button from the Artplay Palette, and the Urban Threadz, to finish things up.
