I made the photo black and white and gave it a lot of contrast with the Curves Adjustmentlayer. I extracted the lady from the photo with the pen tool. In the Artistic Filters I run a Poster Edge Filter on it.
I opened a new document. I placed the extracted lady. I placed some transfers from the ArtsyKardz City Limits and from the APP some brushes and transfers. They came under and over the photo. Some were blended in with a Layermask. I did a Double Exposure with a sunset photo and blended it in with a Layermask. I placed some brushes from the ArtPlay Palette City Limits. I blended some in with the Blend if function, to get the textures right. I placed some wordart.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and dodge and burn work. I gave the page a bit more vibrance too.
