Process...
I opened the tattoo transfer and created masks for the wings. I clipped various blue flowers to the masks. When I was done, I ran the wings through one of the PS filters (dry brush) to get a more sketched look. Over the wings I added the paper texture. I used one little piece of the texture over and over. I added the buttons, and stitching, and then added the blue and text in the background to try to ground it all (but who really wants a grounded butterfly) so not too much ;-) And there you have no.2 in my series.
